That’s why every Seriously Comfortable mattress topper comes with a 5-year warranty so you can sleep comfy in the knowledge that you will be seriously comfortable for at least the next 5 years.
All our pillows come with a 2-year warranty (double the norm) to keep you super comfy too.
Here’s how our warranties work:

Seriously Comfortable topper cores have 5 years limited warranty and the removable topper cover has 1 year warranty for the quality and workmanship of the product. The seller guarantees to replace or repair your Seriously Comfortable topper if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.
- This warranty does not include a normal change in softness of the core material it also does not include normal reduction of the topper thickness, which can change by up to 15%. Due to the elastic nature of toppers, dimensions (lengths and width) have a +/- 2 cm tolerance, which is normal and not covered by warranty.
- In case of a product claim, the seller reserves the right for professional inspection of the topper and may require the buyer to supply photographs with any visible faults. Please note the defective topper must be returned to seller for inspection to determine the proper remedy, if any, under warranty. All shipping costs to and from seller are the sole responsibility of the original buyer, regardless of whether a defect is confirmed by the seller or not.
- Product claims relating to manufacturing errors (sewing errors, marks or stains and other imperfections), which don’t influence the functioning of the topper, must be notified to the seller within 30 days of topper delivery.
- The manufacturer does not warrant for issues caused by topper use not in accordance with the given instructions and warnings defined in the warranty statement. Claims for topper reparation or topper replacement caused by such errors and by use not in accordance with instructions will not be granted.
- The warranty is valid from the date of product purchase and remains valid for 5 years and can be claimed by presenting the original proof of purchase. In the event of any product repair or replacement the warranty will not be renewed or extended but will continue from the original date of purchase.
- All mattress toppers have a weight limit of 20 stone each side. Use above this weight limit is not covered by warranty.
- Care must be taken when unpackaging and unrolling the topper. Instructions are provided both online and with your delivery and cover the opening and recovery process. Note that toppers will need up to 24 hours to recover fully from their rolled state.
- If you make a valid claim under the guarantee after 2 years from the date of purchase, the seller will provide you with an equivalent replacement topper subject to you paying a percentage of the price of the topper as follows:
Yearly Warranty Structure
0-2 years: Full guarantee
Year 3: Guarantee reduced by 25%
Year 4: Guarantee reduced by 50%
Year 5: Guarantee reduced by 75%
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty is not valid when:
- The product has been a damaged due to misuse, careless treatment or physical abuse such as cuts, tears, burns or stains.
- Problems are caused due to products have not being maintained in accordance with washing and/or care instructions.
- Problems are a result of misuse, or careless treatment. Due to normal product wear and tear. When the product is not in a hygienic state or when the returned product has not been protected from damage during transport.
- Product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials.
- The occurrence of mould, dirt and smells as a result of poor airing.
- Product has not been opened within one month of the date of delivery.
- The customer cannot supply an original proof of purchase.
- When batch labels are removed.
Seriously Comfortable Pillows

Seriously Comfortable pillows have a 2 years limited warranty. The seller guarantees to replace or repair your Seriously Comfortable topper if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.
